Mr. Lare’s legal practice includes an emphasis in Home Owner Association, Condominiums, Real Estate, Collections and Risk Assessment Management. Presently Mr. Lare serves as Community Assoc. Board Attorney for one of Pennsylvania’s largest Community Assoc. with over 1500 Units and over 3000 residents. Mr. Lare has attended and advised the Community Assoc. Master Board at over 250 monthly board meetings, 1999 to present. In total Lare Law represents over 5000 Pennsylvania Community Assoc. Unit Owners and Mr Lare has attended over 500 Community Assoc. board meeting.
In 1989, Mr. Lare's early years in Community work was forged working for Legal Aid in Baltimore, Maryland, representing indigent tenants.In 1991 in Trenton, New Jersey Mr Lare was hired as a City and Mercer County Planner. At that time Mr. Lare was appointed as the Mercer County Representative for the Delaware Regional Planning Commission.
Since 2005 Mr. Lare has served as Solicitor for Bucks County Housing Development Corporation that includes over Twenty residential properties. (Mr. Lare was prior counsel and acting solicitor for; Newtown Borough, Upper Southampton Township, Warminster Township. In 2011 Mr Lare represented and working with Stonehenge Advisors; The Murano, The Saint James, (over 50 other properties in the portfolio). Also attorney for and working with the Greenwood Group; 1528 Walnut Street and Independence Place I & II. Mr. Lare represented; Telford Hills Condo Assoc. Valley House Condo Assoc., County Downs Condo Assoc., Pheasant Valley Condo Assoc., Balamoore HOA, Newtown Sycamore Street Owners Assoc. , Eagle Ridge HOA, Liberty Estates HOA, and many more.
